I Paint!

I love to paint! I came to painting late, just a few years ago. I have to thank a talenyed generous friend for that, Pam King. So talented and insisted she could help me learn., I thought she was nust. Well...she is...but in the best way and she did help me learn. I'll never be as good as Pam, but I am loving the experience.

I learned in Acrylic and have progressed to oils...loving every minute of it! I give my art to my kids with the caution that if it hangs in the closet or the attic the gkids will tell me!!! haha...A couple of the gkids treasure their Nana's work, imagine that, ah, not the eyes of a critic yet!

So I'll be posting some of the things I paint; ornaments, nite lights, bottles, glasses, trays, slate, canvases...

Poinsettia Fairy
Shes painted on a wooden cigar box. Will be finishing her face next.

I think she's beautiful

\She will be a trinket box for my grandaughter.
